Men's Ministry

Currently, we are in the beginning stages of ministry geared toward men at Longs Grove. Our men's ministry is the wing of our small group ministry geared (specifically) at men. Every month, the first (and currently only) of these groups gets together for breakfast. It's a laid back time where we eat, talk, study and pray. The goal is simply this... to provide a place where men can just be men as they grow in relationship with God. We talk about our families, our jobs and our faith and whatever else comes up. It's also our goal to find new ways to reach out to other men in the community as well. Our men are involved in many ways in the church ministry. They're involved in various leadership roles, in the upkeep of the church and in helping to plan various ministries and outreach opportunities in our commmunity. But Saturday morning is just about fellowship with other men.

 

So join us on the first Saturday of the month at Crossroads Diner, just across the intersection from the Longs Grove campus! Come on down... it's just breakfast and good fellowship with other men!
